Quite Write teachers and tutors collaborate with parents to build a homeschool rhythm that blends parent-led and teacher-led moments. We can jump in for a single subject, an entire semester, or a plan that mixes home-based learning with in-studio or on-site guidance so your child keeps moving forward.
How our homeschool partnership works
We become an extension of your homeschool team—listening to your goals, respecting the 50% parent-educator rule, and delivering instruction that meets where your child is while pointing toward what’s next.
Custom learning plans
We co-create plans that align with your pacing guide, map to standards where needed, and break a semester into bite-sized modules so learners stay confident and curious.
Documentation + reflection
Weekly notes, progress snapshots, and conversational debriefs keep every adult in the loop—teachers, parents, therapists—so the homeschool affidavit and reporting stay clear.
Flexible delivery
We partner with learners in small groups, one-on-one sessions, studio labs, or at your kitchen table, adapting the rhythm to whatever combination of time makes sense for your family.
Homeschooling partnership & compliance
Homeschooling through Quite Write Educational Services follows A.R.S. 15-802. Parents or legal guardians remain the primary educators for kindergarten through eighth-grade learners—we supplement the instruction with pacing, documentation, and scope that align with your legal responsibilities.
- We keep the scope of support transparent so you can sign affidavits and maintain records with confidence.
- Quarterly planning conversations make sure assessments, therapies, and hands-on learning all nest together.
- Our teachers coach you on how to extend lessons at home so the 50% parent requirement is lived, not just recorded.

Online schools and ESA families
Whether your child is enrolled in a virtual academy, receives ESA funding, or you are building a hybrid homeschool, we clarify the boundaries so you can focus on the learning.
Online school clarification
Enrollment in a public virtual academy is public school at home—not homeschooling under A.R.S. 15-802—so it doesn’t require the homeschool affidavit. Many families combine the academy with our tutors for hands-on instruction in their space or ours.
ESA families
ESA students are exempt from the 50% parent-educator requirement. Most ESA families spend most of the day with Quite Write Ed. and supplement with a curated online program, therapies, or outings that extend beyond our classroom time.
